Rebecca Sullins
I am currently an Audio/Visual Contracting Engineer who studied Theatre Sound Design and Engineering at an Arts college. That’s right, you remember those AV club geeks in high school? The theatre dorks? I’m a professional! Though I maybe out of place among typical journalists, my surprising array of life experiences gives me a unique mindset and a voice that can’t be quieted (no matter how hard you try). I grew up in a small town in the Appalachains of North Carolina that you probably won’t find on a map; but I have lived in Atlanta, Sacramento, San Diego, southern Utah, I’ve been a roadie, and I now reside in Nashville, TN.
I have 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 3 parents, and 7 tattoos. There’s been love, death, heartbreak, adventure, injuries, poverty, loathing, bliss… and a lot of falling on my ass. Life hasn’t always been easy, but it’s always didactic and usually pretty damn funny, so I’ve decided to try my hand at something I’ve always wanted to do: writing.
